Our programs are developed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, & implemented by professional coaches who have specialized training in assessing & improving movement.

There is an emphasis on recovery, moving well, preventing injury, & addressing the “whole body,” both physical & mental.
Each training day has both a movement & intensity focus. We mix & match foundational movements & conditioning contexts to produce a program with variety. You will notice influences from powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, yoga/meditation, bodybuilding, and more.

Your progress & health is important to us. You will participate in quarterly check-ins with a coach or physical therapist, which include blood pressure measurements by a trained professional, body fat assessment, weight tracking, goal setting & review, & comparisons of relevant pre- & post-program fitness tests.
By adhering to evidence-based programming, tracking health data, & keeping the whole person in mind, you can feel confident as you commit to a healthier lifestyle.
