Warmup: Generally loosen up your body!

2 sets of:

30 second per side SA Farmer Carry

8 slow air squats

5 per leg slow reverse lunge


A. Accessory: LOWER BODY

Complete 5 sets of the following: (No rest until each exercise is completed)

12 reps of DB cyclist squats

20 reps DB frog pump

20 seconds per leg single leg goblet wall sit

Rest 1 minute

On a 3:00 clock x 7 sets: 8 DB (wo)man makers
