ALIGN Yourself Program


"Align Yourself" is an 8-week comprehensive wellness program. We focus on you as a WHOLE. You will learn about all facets of wellness, including but not limited to exercise, nutrition, sleep and recovery, mindset, and stress. Your lifelong wellness, lifestyle, and goals will become better aligned. You will follow an intelligently designed fitness program that is taught by compassionate professionals. You will be empowered to improve your movement patterns, develop and grow your character, achieve goals through behavior changes, and commit to healthier habits through a collaboration between yourself, professional coaches, and clinicians. Your body AND mind will become more resilient, and you will become more knowledgeable about your health.
